We've been thinking about this problem since 1992.
Our journey began with a simple idea to solve an obvious problem. Many years ago, frustrated with having no room on the table at a restaurant, Brian came up with the idea. Taking the lid off the tortilla warmer and placing the wooden underliner on top of it to save space is where it all began.
When reaching for the next tortilla Brian noticed they were warm from the heat transferring from the wood. There was one less plate on the table and the rest is history.
