The Fajita Butler™ base withstands up to 500°F and lasts longer than wood. It is dishwasher-safe and stackable, providing a reliable and efficient investment for busy restaurants.
Designed to fit any standard 10×7.5 oval skillet. A matching pre-seasoned cast iron skillet with detachable handle is available with purchase of Standard and Complete Serving Sets.
The Fajita Butler™ sliding tortilla tray is built to keep tortillas warm using the heat of the skillet above, and easily accessible from either side of the base.
Condiment holders can be attached anywhere around the base for easy reach. Add up to 6 holders per base for up to 12 sauces, garnishes, and toppings. Stainless steel ramekins optional.
